Common questions
Where do families get the app?
FrontRow is on the App Store and Google Play. Families sign in with the same email they use for the parent portal, and their studio is already there.
Do families have to use the app?
No. Everything a family does in the app also works in the parent portal in a browser, so nobody is left out because of their phone.
Does the app cost extra?
No. The app is included on every plan. Shared photo and video albums and media in chats and posts come with the Growth and Pro plans.
